The Answer to both of these questions is a resounding NO! I will not steal your work because honestly, I don't need it. Not to mention I am an honest person and if I just loved it that much (I probably won't) it would be much easier just to partner with you or license it from you than take the risk, headache and hassle of stealing your work. It won't Happen.

As for NDA's I don't sign them because, believe it or not, they are not common in our industry. Incorrectly worded they can have strong limitations beyond thier intended meaning. The time it would take me to read and rewrite terms on every NDA I receive simply isn't worth it.

If you are that afraid by all means KEEP it to yourself. Good luck selling it that way!

No, you retain all ownership and rights to your work. Even if Warren makes suggestions that you incorporate those and the underlining work are still 100% yours.
