  • Will Warren Serve As My Manager or Agent?
    Warren is neither a manager or agent and will not function as one. Warren will provide expert opinion and advice but will not sell, attempt to sell, partner with you or produce any of your content or ideas. Likewise, Warren does not guarantee results on advice.
  • Will You Steal My Work? Will You Sign an NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement)?
    The Answer to both of these questions is a resounding NO! I will not steal your work because honestly, I don't need it. Not to mention I am an honest person and if I just loved it that much (I probably won't) it would be much easier just to partner with you or license it from you than take the risk, headache and hassle of stealing your work. It won't Happen. As for NDA's I don't sign them because, believe it or not, they are not common in our industry. Incorrectly worded they can have strong limitations beyond thier intended meaning. The time it would take me to read and rewrite terms on every NDA I receive simply isn't worth it. If you are that afraid by all means KEEP it to yourself. Good luck selling it that way!
  • Do You Own A Part Of My Work?
    No, you retain all ownership and rights to your work. Even if Warren makes suggestions that you incorporate those and the underlining work are still 100% yours.
  • Does Warren Guarantee Results?
    No one can guarantee results. I do promise to provide you with solid advice and opinions that will give you all the tools you need to be successful. However, I cannot guarantee individual results. There are a number of variables, many outside of our control, that determine success in the entertainment industry. As a result, one could follow all my advice on Monday and become a huge star while on Tuesday the same advice leads you nowhere. I do believe my advice and opinion will put you in a better position to take advantage of the opportunities the Entertainment Industry has to offer.
